How to Do Preframing For Hypnosis Power

The goals of conversational hypnotist are aimed at using hypnosis power to change the lives of the subjects and to take control of them in order to direct interactions with other people. This is done through four simple tactics, the first is to maintain your frame second being how to preframe in order to change frames third deframing and finally reframing.

Frames are the restrictions or boundaries within which you want to live your life, think what you want to think. These are apparent in every one’s everyday life.

Preframing is a way to avoid the confrontation or disagreement. It is used to tell others in advance what to think about a frame before you actually get to the disagreement of a particular frame. This is normally used along with maintaining your frame quite often and you will be sure to learn how to combine these two.

Preframing is a tactic that needs little planning. In this you will use hypnosis power by setting up the conditions for the way you want a person to view the frame before you get to the actual frame. Here you can use the fact that the conscious mind can only handle five to nine pieces of information at a time.

Since your listener believes that you are correct because you have already bypassed the ability to criticize your view with the information you have provided. Now the only question with them is not whether you are right but whether they understand your view on the subject.

Changing the ways in which objection will fall, is a way to preframe. If you want to sell a house and it is very large you set the preframe up to make that a thing the buyer is okay with. You show the house to someone who is looking for a large house. The preframe is set up when you warn them that you are not sure it is large enough, even though you know it is. This takes attention away from other aspects that may cause concern for the buyer, such as location.

Hence by using preframes in different situations you are drawing the attention of the person through using hypnosis power, away from natural disagreements by setting up another disagreement to absorb their attention and using said disagreement to ultimately fall in your favour.

Tragus and Anti-Tragus Piercings

Tragus piercings and anti-tragus piercings are becoming increasingly popular – in fact, tragus piercings are now one of the most common ear piercings around. Ear piercings are the most familiar form of Body piercings and the tragus and anti-tragus are fresh expressions of the mundane ear lobe piercings.

The tragus is a thick little piece of cartilage that juts out from the ear canal. To get an understanding of the exact location of the tragus, place a finger by the outer corner of your eye. From this point, trace the finger back, in a straight line, until you touch your ear. The first piece of your ear you will feel is your tragus. You should be able to grasp this little nub between your fingers – this is where the piercing will go through.

There are all sorts of misconceptions about the tragus. Some people may try to tell you that piercing your tragus will affect your balance – that is simply not true. Your balance is affected by fluids in your ear drums, which are located deep within your ears, and are far away from any pierce-able surface. The tragus does not have anything to do with your balance, so don’t be fooled by uneducated people who might try and tell you otherwise. In fact, the only purpose a tragus has is to hold your headphones (such as the standard iPod headphones) securely in your ears; and once pierced, there are thousands of headphones to choose from which will not irritate your piercing. Honestly, the tragus has nothing to do with your ear, your hearing, or your balance. It is just a flap of cartilage – perhaps if humans developed sonar and echo-location the tragus would be useful (super developed traguses help bats use sonar, for example) – but alas, on our species, it’s just a surface begging to get pierced!

The tragus is recommended to be pierced with a captive bead ring, but a barbell will suffice. The reason rings are almost always preferred for the initial piercing as opposed to barbells is because rings tend to heal quicker, better, and more securely. Once healed, you can use any type of jewelry, even typical jewelry normally reserved for ear lobes. Your piercer will help you choose which gage is right for you (and by the way, expanding the tragus is not unheard of, but rare), mark the location on your ear, and push the needle right through. Some piercers may put a cork behind the tragus to “catch” the needle, some piercers just use clamps to aid the needle through, and yet others just use their hands. Each piercer is different, so they will pierce according to their style. Clamps are the most common method, and many people report that the actually clamping to secure the skin hurts more than the piercing! The tragus piercing should be painless – there aren’t a lot of nerves there – but some people do feel slight and temporary pain. Because it is so close to the ear, some people even say they hear a little “pop!” sound as the needle pushes through. Should you hear a little noise, it’s nothing to be concerned about. Once the needle is in, the jewelry is slid into place and secured, and you are done! The whole process, from prep to finish, shouldn’t take more than five minutes.

The tragus does take a while to heal – sometimes up to a year to be fully and completely healed. Many people irritate their new piercing by placing their dirty cell phones up to their ear or by sleeping on the ear with the piercing. I suggest NOT doing either of these for at least the first six months. If your piercing does become infected (and it shouldn’t with proper aftercare), soak it in warm salt water, don’t touch it with your hands, and perhaps (using a q-tip) rub some diluted tea tree oil around the piercing. Never use any sort of rubbing alcohol, for this will irritate and scar your piercing. Your piercer will give you a complete rundown of what to expect and how to handle your new piercing though, so pay attention to their advice.

The Anti-Tragus is very similar to the tragus. It is pierced the same way, the aftercare is the same, and the healing time is the same too. To locate your anti-tragus, place a finger on your earlobe (generally where someone’s first ear piercing would be) and with your finger, draw a straight line up. The flap of cartilage you come to before the empty space is your anti-tragus. Your tragus and anti-tragus are located very close to each other, and the anti-tragus is just opposite of the tragus. Just like the other piercing, this piercing does not affect your hearing or balance. The anti-tragus is rarer than the tragus, mostly because many people don’t think they can get this area pierced, but it can be pierced and it does look great when healed. Curved Barbells and captive ring beads are used most frequently in these piercings.

If you are considering an anti-tragus or tragus piercings, be sure to use a licensed professional. Once it is fully healed, the way your ornament or decorate the piercing is completely up to you, and the jewelry possibilities are endless!

How to Increase Female Libido – Improve Sex Drive Naturally

There is no doubt man has been able to identify an herb for almost any ailment; some with fast action others a little slow, meaning you have to take for a long period to see results. Libido levels having been identified as being affected by medication, pregnancy, many psychological problems etc, now brings you the most appropriate remedy to redeem it.

An herb known locally in Swahili by the name kukumanga is one of the fastest therapies I have ever come across. The dried fruits are pounded and taken like spices, only a gram or two with a cup of tea is enough to put all systems on. You can also add to food if need be as you prepare for the act. The plant is common in East Africa. It works for both sexes very well. It brings complete erection in males setting the stage for action while in women complete lubrication of the vulva is instant. It is locally referred to as the local Viagra.

One species of aloe vera plant has the capacity to stimulate libido production. The action of treating other skin ailments and ulcers has been known to engage the hormone producing organs to render the service of sex. The smooth clean skin elaborates cuddling and general romance during foreplay. When taken a class every morning, hormone imbalance diminishes.

The Chinese have beneficial herbs in many areas including the ones that balance hormones. Dong quai or choraka as it is known locally does exactly that. It increases the level of estrogen, blood circulation and restores libido to women undergoing stress. Hot flushes associated with menopause are trimmed and tamed very well to manageable levels. Monthly periods too are regularized. Satisfaction in performance is enhanced upon complete recovery. It is a good product in the management of reproductive health care for women in many hospitals.

Ginkgo biloba and ginseng are known to boost libido quite satisfactorily. Both act similarly in regard to the igniting of sex drive in women by improving circulation around the vulva area especially the clitoris. Ginsenosides the active ingredients are known to facilitate nitric oxides release thus increasing flow of blood to clitoris. Ginkgo biloba is a catalyst in the breakdown of food in the cells. It streamlines the nervous system, treats stress and anxiety and brings about stability and relaxation. The product of this is seen in libido increase accompanied by readiness to make love.

Avena sativa and damiana are herbs available in the tropics of the world. Avena sativa is a relaxer; it sensitizes the vulva in return and prepares for any eventuality. Damiana is a short shrub; its pale green leaves are used as an aphrodisiac for both sexes. It has a wide range of activity; it is medicinal and mainly used to treat impotence. In being a relaxer it also stimulates sex organs for both males and females.

Schizandra another herb increases the blood supply to the waist area with the same general effect to the sex organs. Its extracts act similarly, as estrogens in the body.

Satavri extract is a unique herb in that it acts as a muscle steroid bringing a mass stretch of strong muscles in the body. In this development, it generates a lot of moisture for all dry cells among this are the female genitalia.

This summary however is an indicator of direction things are going; but one thing is certain proper extraction and dosage is of paramount concern. Supplements are now available synthesized into tablets from the same sources.

Non-Prescription Glasses and Their Benefits

Learn why non prescription glasses are necessary for the eyes in particular and our health in general!

Our eyes are one of the most beneficial sense organs in the body. These delicate organs help us to visualise the beauty in our surroundings. So, why do we need to cover them up with dull spectacles, especially if there is no optical complication involved? The fact is that there are a lot of dust particles and impurities that can go into our eyes, affecting your vision on a permanent basis. Damage to the eye(s) can prevent you from exploring the world further and may even cause other health problems. As a result, it is clear that our eyes need more protection than any other part of our body. For this reason alone, many people employ non-prescription glasses as a safety measure. Nevertheless, one can raise a finger towards the use of such glasses.

It is true that styling has always been the primary reason for people using non-powered eyeglasses. One cannot deny the fact that these types of eyewear can provide a sort of personality enhancement unmatched by any other accessory. Nevertheless, these glasses serve another important purpose. They prevent the minute of impurities that tends to enter your eyes. Even a tiny speck of dust particle on the eyeball can cause immense pain. Moreover, they can be quite difficult to get rid of. As such, non-prescription glasses provide complete covering over the eye, preventing minute particles from going in.

It is fairly common that when a person gets old, it becomes difficult for him/her to read. This acuity-oriented problem is in direct association with the aging muscles in the eye. As a result, those things that are near to us become quite difficult to scrutinize. This can be observed especially in the case of avid readers who have to go through text all the time. Moreover, if you wear reading glasses with prescription all the time, it can be a cause of concern, as you will need to shift focus from one part of the lens to another on a frequent basis. The best way of dealing with it is to use non-prescription glasses that come with a certain degree of power. Such glasses help in magnifying letters and words that may seem minute to the naked eye. This way, one can also rectify problems with bifocal reading.

Many doctors believe that problems with eyesight can affect the level of sugar in blood. As a result, kids are encountering the problem of short sightedness from an early age. This complication prevents them from studying properly in the classrooms. By using contact lenses with a negative power and then covering them up with thin eyeglasses, one can do a world of good for his eyesight. In addition, these glasses have a direct impact on one’s health. Unlike sunglasses, they can be worn for a longer period. Big eyegear makers like Oakley and G&G are offering good discounts on many of their products both, through third party stores and online sale. Some of the best deals and choices in non prescription glasses can be found online. Visit the eyewear section of sites like Amazon or eBay and you could buy some neat looking spectacles and sunglasses for as low as $5.50!

What’s the Difference Between Mineral Makeup and Regular Makeup?

The latest buzz in the beauty industry would without a doubt be the emergence of mineral make-up. Primarily as a foundation, you can also find mineral makeup in blush and eyeshadow formulations as well.

The main difference between mineral and regular makeup is in the ingredients used to create the product and that most mineral makeup is in powder form. Of course other factors such as how it looks on your skin and the added natural benefits are a reason it is becoming such a hit with beauty shoppers.

While most mineral cosmetics claim to be made with natural or safe ingredients, it is still important to read the ingredient list as some companies may include some chemical compounds. If at all possible, avoid paraben preservatives and choose only 100% certified organic mineral makeup.

Another benefit is that the makeup offers a natural sun protection. While not as high as your SPF 15+’s, it still provides adequate cover if you are just going shopping or out and about during the day.

It doesn’t clog pores which is great news for those with oily or problem skin, and depending how it is applied can also minimize the appearance of fine lines and imperfections.

Women of all ages and skin types (even sensitive) can use mineral makeup although those with dry skin may need to use a moisturizing lotion underneath their foundation.

Because it generally comes in powder form it needs to be applied with a brush, but a damp sponge can also work giving a heavier finish. Blending in a circular motion usually gives the best look.

Another reason that many people are choosing it over regular cosmetics is that it gives a very natural ‘no makeup’ look. It makes you look if you have perfectly flawless skin when that may not really be the case at all!

Three Main Iris Colors (Constitutions) In Iridology

INTRODUCTION: As you will notice there are only three colors of the iris (according to Iridology). In iridology the true color of the eye is blue. In fact, when you are born you had blue eyes, they change as you get older.

Then “Why are there other colors”? Good question. The simple answer for now is that the other colors (other than Blue, Brown, and what we call Mixed) displays toxins or other pigmentations on top of the eye to make it change to a different color. For now I am going to cover the three main iris colors (constitutions) in iridology.

BLUE EYE TYPE also known in Germany as Lymphatic.

Description: Solid blue or blue/gray color with no discoloratrion or psora (pigments). The iris fibers are visible. The true blue-eyed person is associated with the traditional Western phlegmatic or water constitution. This is the “pure” eye that is typically found in people of European descent.

Tendencies: These people are thought to have an excess of water, which leads to a greater tendency towards water retention, lymphatic congestion and stagnation. There are 3 primary systems of concern for blue-eye people: Lymphatic, Respiratory and Urinary. Diseases people with blue eyes have are: allergies and allergic reactions, skin conditions like eczema and seborrea dermatitis, chronic sinus, respiratory congestion, ear aches and ear infections, swollen lymph nodes, sore throats, stressed kidneys and bladder.

BROWN EYE TYPE also known in Germany as Hematogenic.

Pure Brown eye with pigments covering the iris fiber structure. The iris fibers are covered with a heavy pigment layer that has a velvety or carpet-like appearance. Iris fiber are generally not visible through this heavy layer of pigment. True hematogenic constitutions are nearly always found in people with darker skin and hair.

Tendencies: Pure brown eyes are more difficult for the iridologists to read because of the layer of pigment completely covering the iris fibers, so some of the subtler signs are not detectable. There are 3 primary systems of concern for the brown-eyed people: Hepatic (liver and gallbladder), Cardiovascular, and Glandular (endocrine and exocrine glands, and lymph nodes). Disease brown-eyed people have are: venous congestion, tendency to imbalances in blood composition, anemia, thicker blood, tendency to hardening of the arteries, trace minerals deficiencies and difficulty in storing trace minerals, intolerance to dairy, liver problems, and decreased white blood cells.

MIXED EYE TYPE also known in Germany as Biliary.

Description: This eye is characterized by light to moderate brown pigmentation or discoloration over the top of a whitish-yellowish background. The overall appearance of the iris is usually a light brown, but unlike the true brown eye, the iris fibers are visible through the pigment. Color is often concentrated towards the center of the iris around the collarette and digestive zones.

Tendencies: In autopsy, eyes are composed of materials from the blood stream which have been broken down due to liver imbalance. They are called biliary constitution, because it relates to biliousness (digestive disturbances) due to liver problems. There are 3 primary systems of concern for mixed-eye people: Digestive (stomach and pancreas), Hepatic (liver and gallbladder), and Intestinal (small and large intestines). Diseases mixed-eye people have are: indigestion, intestinal gas, diarrhea, and/or constipation disturbances in fat metabolism causing gall stones, high cholesterol, sleep disturbances, food allergies, and reproductive disturbances.

As you can see from my brief descriptions, there is a lot to consider when an iridologist does an analysis of the iris of the eye. Iridology is the most useful tool in determining the constitution of the individual.

Tips On How To Care For Leather Bed Frames

It is often a challenge when instructions that come with furniture are not as situation specific and informative as owners would like them to be. Remember that maintenance for leather bed frames differ from caring for a wooden bed frame as well as classic beds. This guide serves to help owners in caring for any kind of real leather furniture may it be a bed frame or a sofa set.

Before starting the cleaning process, make sure you know what kind of leather furniture you have. This can usually be found in the tags that come with your new furniture or in the instruction manual. There are many types of leather used for furniture and not all are the same. To make sure you know exactly what kind of leather you have, it is best to do the search online as there is a process to test the leather to determine the its type.

Leather is very delicate material and extremely sensitive to heat. Make sure you place furniture away from fireplaces and direct sunlight. Neglecting to do so can dry and crack the surface of the leather. When you notice an area that is getting too dry than it normally would be, use petroleum jelly to cover the area and just wipe off the excess amount.

To clean your leather furniture use soap that is not too harsh and has a moisturizing element in them. Use a soft cloth with soap to wipe the surface to remove dirt. Do not put too much soap and do not rinse it with water. Leather absorbs water so it is important not to use water. Just wipe the soap off with a dry cloth and polish it after.

Always use a leather conditioner to maintain the glamour of your furniture. Good leather conditioners can be bought anywhere but make sure that you read what you are buying before purchasing them. For the best results use a leather conditioner that has been tried and tested. Rub the conditioner around and leave it in for some time so the leather can absorb it then buff after with a dry soft cloth.

Avoid spilling liquid on your furniture because leather may absorb it. A quick fix for liquid spills on leather furniture is to use a clean cloth to dab the wet area while being careful not to spread the liquid outwards. Dab inwards starting from the sides and keep dabbing until it is dry. Allow it to air dry.

Now butter, grease or oil stains are not to be panicked about. Just wipe it off with a dry cloth until everything is removed and leave it that way for a few days. In most cases, this will not be visible anymore by this time but if the stain is still obvious, use leather furniture cleaner to repair the area.

Ink stains can be removed by a simple piece of cotton or cotton bud that is soaked in alcohol or vinegar. Rub it over the stained area and that should remove the ink stains. However, if the stain would not come off, use an acetone-free nail polish remover to do the trick. Once done, use a hair dryer on low setting to dry the area.

Printed paraphernalia if left on your furniture can leave print marks. To remove this, use a can of aerosol hair spray on the affected area, spraying ever so slightly then wipe it off with soft cloth immediately.

A few reminders to ensuring you can avoid damaging your furniture are a few basic things that every individual already knows. Use your furniture appropriately. Do not sit on the foot end as it is not intended for this purpose and sitting on it can distort the shape of your furniture. Also, if you are a smoker, it is best to avoid leather furniture as cigarette burns on leather cannot be repaired.

Furniture of any kind such as a wooden bed frame, leather bed frames or classic beds are only a worthy investment if it can last. Buying new furniture due to neglect of the current set is a waste of money. So before purchasing any kind of furniture it is best to be aware on how it is maintained so you know if you can commit to caring for it. Furniture always needs love and care every so often and it is up to you to keep its beauty and durability as good as new.

Taking the time out to write an in depth business plan for your barber school. With this step it is imperative that you include a description and mission statement of the school. Include your marketing strategy, researched facts regarding other barber schools in the immediate area and any information on the schools insurance coverage. It is important to provide all documentation highlighting the financial records and needs. These needs should include how much capital you will begin with when the school starts and how you plan to raise the additional needed funds.

The Second Step: Raising Capital

By contacting your states Department of Education you will be able to apply for government grants and loans that are available. This is an important step to begin the process of getting the money you need to raise your start up capital. Working with a bank to complete and submit your loan applications is a must, unless you have all the money you’ll need to get started.

The Third Step: Attaining Insurance Coverage

Begin this step by speaking to local insurance providers. Be mindful that you will need to purchase enough insurance to cover damages (fire, flood & theft), as well as sufficient liability coverage. Speak with your insurance provider about employee coverage, such as workmen’s compensation, disability and unemployment benefits. Doing this will guarantee your school has ample coverage your students and instructors.

The Fourth Step: inventory

Communicate with different beauty wholesalers to get the best priced equipment for you. Comparing the costs of styling chairs, work stations, hair products, mirrors, scissors etc., will be beneficial to you when making sure you purchase enough inventory to supply sufficient training

Once these first 4 steps are complete you will be able to breathe a little easier. Nobody said this was going to be easy; however anything you work hard enough to attain will posses huge advantage when it’s all said and done. Being the owner of your own barber school will be extremely rewarding if you give it your absolute best. Providing individuals with the knowledge they’ll need to succeed in a field they love will make all the hard work worth it in the end.
