Hair Loss Treatment

Some men don’t think that hair loss treatments are a subject worthy of their attention; that is, until they start seeing more hair in the sink, or in the tub, than they see on their head. It is estimated that nearly thirty percent of all people suffering from hair loss or hair loss symptoms and in need of treatments are indeed women. There are a variety of reasons and for a woman it can be devastating but in most cases hair loss treatments are very effective. Traditional herbs that are useful as natural treatments are green tea, liquorice extract, horsetail, ginger, psoralea seeds, apple cider vinegar, rosemary and sage tea. Provillus treatments are clinically proven to re-grow hair and use the only FDA approved ingredients for treating thinning hair.

If you are genetically or hormonally set on the path of losing hair, nutrition alone might not be enough to prevent it, but it will slow down the hair loss, and will also help with regrowth of lost hair. If you are looking for the best hair regrowth products, always remember to use treatments that contain active ingredients that are known to be effective in treating hair loss. For most men suffering from Alopecia Areata, or male pattern baldness, 5% Minoxidil is usually required to achieve satisfactory hair regrowth. There is no need for women to use the Saw Palmetto with the Hair Regrowth Solution as your requirements are different to men. Provillus provides the best results in treatment of hereditary hair thinning and hair loss both in men and women ensuring them with thick and luxurious hair.

If you’ve decided you need to do something to reverse hair loss, but you want something cheaper and more natural than drugs, laser treatments, plugs, or transplants, what are your alternatives. Male hair loss treatments are available as topical applications like minoxidil, which is applied on the scalp. Another of the better-known herbal treatment is green tea, which you may also have sitting in you kitchen.

The first thing doctors do when dealing with hair loss treatments is to try and figure out the possible reasons behind a patient’s hair loss problem and recommend treatments based on their hair texture and condition. Normally the treatments recommended by doctors for men and women are different because of hair growth. It is observed that Proscar and Rogaine are the most commonly prescribed hair loss treatments by doctors for men whereas Minoxodil proves to be helpful for both men and women. The only FDA-approved commercial hair loss treatments are minoxidil and finasteride, and these products have limited effectiveness. Natural treatments don’t have an immediate effect but they don’t have side effects either.

Hair loss treatments are generally classified as either medical or oral and topical treatments. Once you have determined what the cause or causes are of your hair loss problem, you are then able to move on and make the most informed decision in terms of which hair loss treatments are going to be most suitable for you. Provillus Hair Regrowth Solution is a healthy supplement based on only natural FDA-approved ingredients which helps men and women with specific hair ailments like thinning or hair loss.

Top Hair Care Tips From Experts

Your hair can be a symbol of confidence, beauty, and individuality. Nonetheless, constant exposure to the sun, wind, and hair products can turn your tresses dull, brittle, and frizzy. Unhealthy hair may cause more problems than you can manage. Dandruff and head lice may start to appear if you fail to keep your hair in good condition. Fortunately, hair care products are now available. Know more about proper hair care to maintain your crowning glory:

Proper brushing

Contrary to popular belief, brushing your hair 100 times a day will not stimulate hair growth. Brushing may only pull hair from follicles, creating split-ends and causing irritation. Proper brushing, on the other hand, may help eliminate waste materials and other impurities on your scalp.

Make sure to use natural-bristle comb when brushing your tresses. You should also use one that is appropriate for your hair’s thickness and scalp’s sensitivity. The comb should also have round and soft teeth so it can evenly distribute natural oils.

Always comb your hair before taking a bath to remove tangles. Make sure to apply gentle strokes to prevent scratching or irritating your scalp. You can also set a brushing schedule-combing your hair after cleaning your teeth can be a good example.

Proper Washing and Shampooing

Shampoos contain different chemicals that might do more harm to your hair. These may dry your scalp or take away its natural oils. You may try products that do not contain sulfates or other chemicals that make the shampoo lather up. It is also important to choose a shampoo that works best for your hair type.

Using Moroccan oil and conditioner can also help maintain your tresses at their best. You may apply the conditioner at least once a week after shampooing your hair. Different types of conditioners may also be available-always look at the label and find out the ingredients they contain to get better results for your hair. Make sure to wash away the lather after shampooing and conditioning to prevent drying your scalp.

Proper Styling

Trimming your hair regularly is a great way to get rid of split-ends. It is also a perfect opportunity to sport a new look. You can cut your tresses yourself or ask an expert to create a style that works best for your appearance.

Blow dryers may be convenient, but might only damage your hair if you use them regularly. While it might take longer than using a blow dryer, letting your hair dry naturally may prevent your hair from looking frizzy. After getting out of the bath, give your hair a quick pat down and squeeze it gently with your towel to remove excess water.

Applying different hair colors may be fun, but might only cause unexpected drawbacks later on. Make sure to dye your hair sparingly so you can preserve natural oils and avoid irritating the scalp. It is also best to avoid perming or curling your hair regularly to minimize damage on your tresses.

Many beauty experts are out to offer advice for those who want to keep their hair looking its best. Read recommendations on different hair care products for your reference.

Natural Hair Regrowth

Whether you take an herbal supplement or purchase a hair regrowth product, such as a shampoo containing all-natural DHT blockers, there are plenty of natural methods to promote the natural regrowth of lost hair. Millions of men and women in the United States suffer from receding hairlines, male pattern baldness, thinning hair, and hereditary conditions that cause significant hair loss.

While most genetic hair loss problems are unavoidable, issues concerning stress, poor nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, and hormonal imbalances can be treated with natural hair regrowth products. In nature, there are certain plants and herbs known to encourage hair regrowth, as well as stop the damaging effects of hair loss and thinning hair patterns. Below you will find a few natural ingredients that are commonly found in some of the most effective hair loss treatment options:

Saw Palmetto

One of the most popular herbal DHT inhibitors is called saw palmetto, which is usually less inexpensive than most of the other commercial remedies on the market. This natural ingredient is often favored in hair loss products because it carries fewer side effects than other commonly used substances, such as finasteride and dutasteride. A benefit to relying on saw palmetto is the herb doesn’t interfere with the cellular activities when it works to prevent the conversion of testosterone into DHT.

Thyme, Rosemary, Lavender, and Cedarwood

Once study that involved seven months of treatment claims that aromatherapy shows promise in promoting natural hair regrowth. With a safe and effective method of treating temporary hair loss, test subjects had the essential oils of thyme, rosemary, lavender, and cedarwood rubbed into their scalps on a daily basis. In the end, 44% of patients showed notable improvement in their hair growth. This is especially good news to those who wish to avoid steroid treatments as a way to combat their hair loss.

The flowers of arnica are known to stimulate blood circulation and are known to create creams and ointments known to combat hair loss (alopecia). When used as a well-diluted tincture, arnica also becomes a suitable hair rinse.

The aerial parts of southernwood are known as a traditional remedy that stimulates hair growth, despite a lack of scientific proof backing the claims. While some people take 10 to 20 drops of tincture up to three times per day, others create an infusion that is used as a hair rinse. When combined with stinging nettle, sage, and rosemary, a more effective product is created.

An Example of Natural Hair Regrowth Product

Samson’s Secret is an herbal product aimed at revitalizing the skin and promoting hair follicles to grow. Many cases have enjoyed healthier, thicker hair with the help of natural ingredients, such as burdock, cayenne, rosemary, sage, oat straw, sarsaparilla, kelp, spirulina, and nettle. In Samson’s Secret, it is the burdock, cayenne, and nettle that work in combination to eliminate toxins from the body that hinder hair growth. The rest of the herbs promote healthy, natural hair regrowth, while providing nourishment for hair follicles.

Cheap Hair Loss Remedy

Hair loss, whether it is thinning or balding, does not result from only one cause. Typically, it occurs as men and women age, starting much earlier in men than women. Other reasons for thinning hair or balding can be trauma or stress, pregnancy, sickness. Often times new hair will re-grow normally, such as after a sickness or post-pregnancy, without the need for any treatment but in some cases treatment is needed. Determining why the hair loss occurred is the first step in deciding on the right hair loss remedy.

Remedies range from expensive commercial treatments, hair transplants or laser hair replacement therapy, to shampoos and home remedies. One idea, if you are willing to try it, is to look into some of the cheaper remedies first as if they work then you will have saved yourself quite a lot of money. Home remedies are often the simplest and least expensive.

For example, massaging the scalp and stimulating blood flow to the scalp and hair cuticles is a well known home remedy for hair loss, and it costs nothing! It is very simple to massage your scalp a couple of times a day as well as when you wash your hair. While it may not be a complete treatment in itself, there is little doubt that it is very healthy for your hair and scalp, and is a good accompaniment to any other treatment you try.

Another old time baldness remedy suggests rubbing oil into your scalp. Indians used coconut oil to not only stimulate hair growth but to maximize the overall health of their hair. Other suggestions include olive oil and even castor oil. There are many different home hair loss remedies you can try, most of which suggest combining different ingredients you can find at home and rubbing those on your hair, and massaging them into your scalp.

It is unclear how well these remedies work, but as they are all made from ingredients present in most people’s kitchens, it is worth trying them. You may find one that works for you.

Beauty Hair Care – Professional Tips

Why is your hair such a nightmare to look after? Well it doesn’t have to be that way if you carefully apply and consider the following beauty hair care tips and advice.

Firstly, everyone is different, each with their own skin type, hair type and their own levels of sebum (oil) produced by their scalp. So make sure you understand your hair type before proceeding with any beauty hair care tips from anyone.

Note: The environment in which you work and the weather in your country can also play its part in your hair condition.

Tips and advice are broken down into three categories, for: Dry, Oily & Fine hair types.

Dry Hair:

How to know if you have dry hair: Likely to have a dry scalp (itchy scalp) unlikely to have shiny / oily hair.

– Try your very best to avoid blow drying or straightening your hair (remember your scalp is suffering from dryness)

– If you can’t avoid blow drying your hair make sure you apply a good level of heat protection spray

– Try not to over use colour in your hair, if you have to then apply a colouring product made specifically for dry hair

– You are likely to need a rich conditioner that will feed your scalp and leave on for a short while before rinsing (4-7 minutes) – condition frequently

– Use moisturising shampoos and gently work into the scalp (made specifically for dry hair)

Oily Hair:

How to know if you have oily hair: no guessing that your hair will look oily or greasy.

– Similar to the dry hair advice, find a shampoo that is developed for oily hair this will extract excess oil from the hair and make it look bouncy and healthy

– Avoid running fingers through your hair or itching the scalp as this will make your hair even more oily

– Do not over condition your scalp is producing more than enough moisture.

– If you do use conditioner avoid roots of the hair

Fine Hair:

How to know if you have fine hair: Your hair maybe looking lifeless / thinning / weak or excessive hair fall. These are usually indicators that the hair is not being looked after properly.

– Try to use volume related products: Good volume / body shampoo will make a remarkable difference immediately

– Try to avoid conditioner this will accelerate thinning and take out the body of the hair that the shampoo has added

– Again like for oily hair advice if you do decide to use conditioner keep well away from the roots

Take time before you purchase any products, understand your hair and try to use the above tips to look after the hair. Also another big factor is your diet as the hair is 90% protein you may not be feeding it the necessary vitamins (check out my blog and this is also discussed).

Don’t get caught up in the marketing material for products (sometimes they look amazing) just may not be right for your hair type or you. Also get your hair cut on a regular basis.

Hair Care Tips – How to Make Hair Silky and Shiny

Hair is very difficult to manage when its rough – the friction causes it to tangle easily, and makes it difficult to comb. So if you want hair that is easy to manage, you have to learn how to make it smooth, silky and shiny. Here are 3 important tips.

Tip 1: Don’t overexpose the strands to the sun or any other harsh elements that may damage them. For example, swimming for prolonged periods in the pool may cause the strands to become dry due to exposure to chlorine. When the surface of the strands is damaged (you can’t see this with the naked eye but you can feel it by running your fingers through the hair), it becomes flaky and difficult to manage. Due to the uneven surface, each strand has a higher chance of getting caught with other strands. If left unmanaged, the entire mob soon becomes unsightly.

Tip 2: Manage the oil level of the hair. Some people tend to have more oily strands, while others tend to have dry strands. The goal here is to strike a balance. Strands that are too dry tend to become brittle and break easily. Strands that are too oily can cause scalp problems. Use a shampoo that best suits the nature of your own hair. For instance, if you constantly find yourself having oily hair, then buy a mild shampoo for oily hair and wash at least once or twice a day. Be careful not to OVER-WASH the hair and remove all the oil. A little bit of oil on the hair can help protect the hair and allow it to remain smooth and silky.

Tip 3: Take care of the scalp as well. A healthy scalp helps to restore the health of the hair naturally. Massage it gently for about 15 minutes each night to boost blood circulation. That will certainly help in hair restoration.

Finally, use a good hair tonic!

Hair Regrowth Reviews – Which is Best?

In this article I’m going to talk about hair regrowth reviews. There are so many products in their loss industry it gets to be a bit daunting having to choose the right product. This is especially true since many hair loss companies don’t come through with what they advertise. When my hair started to fall out, I tried a ton different products. Most of them were a waste of my money but a few actually worked. Below is my review of the most popular hair loss products.

ProFollica – This is a hair loss shampoo that I heard a lot about in many of the hair loss forums and blogs. One of the reasons I like ProFollica is because it attacks your hair loss for a ton of different angles. For example it comes with a shampoo that helps to reduce hair and scalp dryness, activator gel that stimulates new hair growth, and a nutritional supplement that gives your body much of essential vitamins and minerals you body needs to maintain healthy hair. From those I talked to, they were fairly pleased with their experience with ProFollica.

Procerin – Procerin is another product I kept hearing about from many people in the hair loss forums and blogs. It comes in supplement and topical gel form. It works by blocking DHT in your scalp from attaching to your hair follicles. This is important because when DHT gets a hold of your hair follicles, it stops its growth. From the user feedback I’ve read, most starting to see results using Procerin around the 2nd month of taking it. Like ProFollica, most were pretty happy with using Procerin.

Best Pick – Provillus – In my opinion Provillus is one of the best options you should consider. This is because of the results it was giving its users. Past customers were raving how well it worked to stop their hair loss and regrow lost hair. It works similarly to Procerin by blocking DHT in your scalp. I like Provillus because it also contains Minoxidil, the main ingredient in Rogaine. Minoxidil is the only FDA approved ingredient that has been tested to regrow hair. For these reasons, Provillus ranks first for my hair regrowth reviews.

Organic Hair Loss Remedy

Hair is a very important part of our body, When it is there, we hardly pay a notice to it, however when it’s not there we are only concerned by our baldness. Hair loss, clinically known as alopecia is a common problem from which many people suffer. Though it is a painless situation, it can easily give anyone sleepless nights. While some amount of hair loss is common and bound to occur when excessive it can be a cause of concern for any one. Hair loss is common in both sexes, yet it is more prevalent in males. There are several reasons for it and each one requires a different approach to solve the underlying problem. This problem is so common that a whole industry has grown trying to offer various solutions for the it.

Before you know how you can stop losing your hair, it’s important to know several causes which cause hair thinning or balding. In many people hair loss is caused by lack of proper hair care. Even things like tying your hair too tightly can cause them to weaken and fall off. Using too many chemicals or hair gels on your hair, may also cause it. For many people baldness is also caused by too much stress and tension. Hair loss may also occur due to thyroid imbalances. If your thyroid gland excretes too much hormones, you may suffer from alopecia. Many females suffer from it after pregnancy. Dihydrotestosterone or DHT is also a major cause for hair loss. DHT is a hormone which is found in hair follicles. Its excess presence leads to hair loss.

You should seek medical treatment if you are experiencing alopecia. There are many types of natural hair loss treatments available. Many people recommend using a herbal shampoo devoid of any chemicals. You can also apply oil to your hair few times a week. You can also drink juice made of lettuce and spinach. However, if this does not help you may try allopathic treatment to stop balding. There are several medical treatments available which are quite effective in it. For example, you may try, Finasteride, which helps if the cause of your hair loss is excess of testosterone. Then there are medicines like Rogaine which helps in growing your hair. Rogaine suits both, men and women, whereas Finasteride is only for males. DHT blockers are also available. They help in reducing the effect of DHT on fair follicles, allowing them to grow in a better manner. One should opt for natural DHT blockers, which are much safer than other clinical treatments which may directly tamper with the hormone.

Loss of hair leads to loss of confidence. However, if you take quick and firm steps, you may be able to stop your loss before any big damage is done.
