How to Attract Beautiful Mature Women (5 Amazing Tips)

Did you know that pick up lines are completely worthless when it comes to attracting women to you? What if I told you that mature women would have a natural undeniable attraction for you if you worked on just these 5 things in your life? Did you know that being rich, having expensive cars and showering women with gifts is not only unnecessary but also attracts the wrong type of women?

In fact if you don’t do these 5 things you have no chance of getting a beautiful mature woman! You would end up alone or with an unattractive destructive toxic immature girl.

Here is your elite 5 man commandments you need to do for yourself so you can be confident enough to pick up any woman that you desire.

1. Have AMBITION.

A real beautiful authentic mature woman desires a man with passion. She looks beyond the little boys who shower her with gifts (that most likely they can’t afford) or shows off in a car they can’t afford. Mature women are looking for a man who has figured the world out… not a boy that has no direction about his future. What makes you PASSIONATE? What wakes you up in the morning? Maybe you love music… or maybe you love writing… maybe you’re passionate about starting a business.

If you start working on things you’re passionate about the confidence will flow through your entire body and your positive energy will be magnets to women. Most men (or boys) have no idea what they want to do with their life. When a woman finds a man who knows exactly what he wants it’s a very refreshing feeling for them.

2. Exercise at least 4 times a week

You don’t have to go the gym and become the strongest man in the world. Do women like men with amazing bodies? Well yes… but it’s not as important as you probably think. This topic kind of goes hand in hand with having ambition. When you work out frequently it shows women that you value yourself, you have high expectations and it also boosts your confidence for the remainder of the day.

If you go out for a nice run in the morning you’ll have an unlimited source of energy throughout the day. You can also meet a lot of women running in the park, doing yoga or simply being at the gym. Plus it wouldn’t hurt to do a little cardio if you plan to get laid, you need a lot of energy to please a woman!

3. Tell Her NO

Why do nice guys always finish last? Well they never finish unless they’re really lucky. By the way getting a girl to have sex with you has nothing to do with getting lucky, you’re either good at it or you’re not… the good thing is you can learn to be better.

The reason women aren’t attracted to nice guys is because they’re too easy, women can wak all over them! Nice Guys will say “Yes” to every woman’s command and then the woman takes full control. Not only is this uncomfortable for the guy, but the woman doesn’t see that you’re good enough for her (even though deep down you probably are). So say NO to her! Even if you’re saying no just to say it. If she wants you to buy her a drink tell her “No I got a better idea, you can buy me a drink” or if she wants to go out Friday say “No… I’m busy Friday, how about Thursday?” Women love men who call the shots. You don’t have to be mean when you say no… But you also don’t want to make yourself an available doormat she can walk all over.

4. Be Well Groomed, Have a Sense of Fashion.

Women want a well groomed man period. You don’t have to look like a male model but you need to take care of yourself. Trim your long dangling nose hairs, shave the back of your neck, trim your caterpillar eyebrows trim your the hair on your balls. You don’t want to be a hairy caveman.

As for fashion you don’t need to walk around in a fitted suit (although that probably wouldn’t hurt)… but where a good cologne (NOT AXE body spray), wear a nice button up shirt or a nice polo. You don’t need to go overboard but make sure you clothes fit you nicely, wear nice fitted jeans. Sagging pants or nut hugging skinny jeans doesn’t make you look like a mature gentleman. If you want beautiful mature women think “what do they like?”. I don’t want you to change yourself… but you have to make some modifications.

5. Be a Leader

Women love men who can lead… this goes hand in hand with saying “NO” to women… well I guess all of these features go hand in hand. Making the decisions when you first start dating is crucial. I’m not saying you need to be Hitler but if you’re taking her out you call the shots. Make it a surprise for her like she’s anticipating not know where you 2 are going next. The worst thing you want is the two of you saying “I don’t know… what do you want?” This shows weakness and will land you straight into the friend zone.

Don’t worry too much if she’ll like the restaurant you’ll take her to, if she’s a mature beautiful woman she’ll be delighted that you took her out in the first place… if she’s snobby then that just means you can save time and cut her from your roster. The most important thing is showing her that you can lead.

Have you always wanted to know ‘how to grow taller’, but you haven’t ever actually been able to gain height? Do you want to be taller so you can feel more confident, and just overall look better? Well, then it is obvious that you need these next underground tips to increase your height, within just a matter of days. Here is how you can make yourself taller fast…

Do pull ups or hang stretches – Stretching your body in a healthy manner, such as by doing exercises like pull ups will not cause your joints or body to pop or be injured; and will give you longer lasting results.

Sleep without a pillow under your neck – It is hard to do, but just do it anyways. This has been proven to make you grow taller fast; regardless of age. You must sleep at least 8 hours per day, for this to be more effective.

Sleep with a pillow under your knees – Obviously this requires you to lay on your back when you sleep, and when you elevate your knees this way you will naturally help your body to grow taller.

Do yoga – Yoga positions are known for helping your posture, reducing stress so you can produce HGH (human growth hormone) to grow taller, and just over all making you feel better.

Eat lots of broccoli – We are always told to eat our vegetables, but eating broccoli especially will help your body to have the essential nutrients for HGH production and related processes of your body to make it grow.

Do inversion therapy or use an inversion table- Essentially what this is, is you hang from your feet to decompress your spine. Wear and tear of everyday life in your posture combined with constant gravity pulling you downwards can cause you to be short; thus this reverses those effects.

Sharpen Your Abdominal Brain And, Build A Stronger Midsection

The Brain-Gut Connection

Have you ever wondered why people get butterflies in the stomach before a job interview or big performance? Or even why people vomit at the thought of something unpleasant or while under severe stress?

The reason for these common experiences is that your digestive tract and stomach in particular acts as a second brain. The human digestive tract contains over one million nerve cells… this is about the same amount of nerves found in the spinal chord! In fact, there are more never cells in your digestive system than there is in the entire peripheral nervous system.(1)

Your digestive brain and the brain in you skull are linked together via the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve “wanders” from the brain stem through the organs in the neck and thorax and finally terminates in the abdomen. This has been termed the “brain-gut” connection by Jordan Rubin, author of The Makers Diet. (5)

This second ‘abdominal brain’ is just as important as your ‘skull brain’. According to Dr. Michael Gershon, professor of anatomy and cell biology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, describes the body’s second nervous system in his book The Second Brain:

“The brain is not the only place in the body that’s full of neurotransmitters. A hundred million neurotransmitters line the length of the gut, approximately the same number that is found in the brain… The brain in the bowel has got to work right or no one will have the luxury to think at all.” (4)

Your stomach literally thinks and, has the capacity to feel and express your emotions.

Smart Core

According to Paul Chek in Scientific Core Conditioning, the rectus abdominis is segmentally innervated by different 8 nerves. He continues to assert that due to the abundance of nerves that innervate the core / abdominal musculature, that it functions as if it has 8 brains.(2)

The reason for the abundance of nerve endings in the abdominal musculature is obvious… throughout our evolution, the hardships of developmental environment dictated that the abdominal musculature need be extremely strong as well as intelligent. It is the abdominal musculature that is responsible for: the stabilizing effect for the expression of limb movement, increasing intra-abdominal pressure to assist in forced expression, flexion, rotation, ipsilateral isometric contraction when stimulated unilaterally, transferred tension to create spinal stability via that thoraco-lumabr fascia (TCF), etc. So, my point is clear… your abs have a lot of jobs, so they’ve been given a lot of brains.

Abdominal Inhibition due to emotional disturbance

To reiterate… First, your digestive system acts as a second brain and contains the same amount of nerve cells as the spinal chord. Also, due to the abundance of neurotransmitters present in the stomach it has been observed, both clinically and experientially, that it is highly affected by the emotions that we produce.

Next, it has been established that the core musculature has “8 brains”. The muscles of the abdominal are highly evolved to withstand “primal man’s” need to survive and thrive in developmental environment via functional movement patterns necessary for hunting as well as building shelter.

Both the digestive system and the abdominal musculature are linked via the nervous system. One of the primary control centers of the nervous system, the brain, can make or break your efforts to flatten your abs and build a rock solid physique… and I am going to show you how.

Internal organs borrow their pain-sensitive nerve fibers from the muscular system. This means that when an organ feels pain, the brain cannot determine if it’s the muscle or the organ that hurts. The brain only knows which segment of the spine that the pain message came from. So, the brain then sends a message to that particular region of the spine and tells all of the muscles, tissue and organs in that region to behave as if they were in pain. (3)

When you are distressed, due to emotional disturbance from – financial insecurity, relationships, a job that you hate or spending an hour on the phone with your depressed middle aged auntie… your stomach, or second brain reacts. Some of the specific observed reactions by this organ to emotional pain include decreased or increased blood flow, “clenching”, and digestive inhibition.

While this is occurring, your abdominal musculature has just received the same message that the stomach has – “there is pain and we must react”. Your abdominal muscles, now perceiving pain, become inhibited and lose the capacity to contact to their fullest capacity. This is true in particular for the Transversus Abdominis, the muscle that activates the thoraco-lumabr fascia for low back stability and acts to keep your belly “drawn in”. (I’ve just shown you how mental/emotional distress causes low back pain as well.)

So, what does this mean for me?

Essentially, the point that I would like to make clear is that as a holistic entity your entire physiology is linked via control systems including the nervous system. You now understand why mental / emotional stability is essential for muscular strength and stability… especially as it relates to your abdominal.

If you have been trying, unsuccessfully, to improve your aesthetics through countless crunching sessions and dieting – I invite you to consider that you have been missing as much as 50% of your opportunity to have better health and visible strength. Ignoring or working against your body doesn’t work! And you will only look as good on the outside as you feel on the inside.

What can I do?

First, recognize that you are an integrated system of systems and that one part of your mind-body cannot experience trauma without it affecting several others.

Next, there are a total of 6 factors which I call you “The Primal Elements” that must be addressed in order for you to look and feel your God-given potential. I will elaborate on each of theses in a later article but for now I will list them: Your Thoughts, Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition / Food Quality, Exercise and, Biological Rhythms.(6)

Learn more about “The Primal Elements”: [http://www.Primal-Edge.com]

Addressing each of The Primal Elements on a daily basis will keep your organs, your nervous system and subsequently your musculo-skeketal system functioning optimally and allow for a flatter, stronger and better looking midsection.

Karma and Hinduism – The Universe is With and Around You

Karma and Hinduism have a long relationship and meaning together. This is because karma is basically a Sanskrit word that means action and duty. So having originated from India, karma and Hinduism have a strong bondage.

According to Hindu belief, it is said that the good and evil a person does is returned to the person. In other words, we tend to reap whatever we sow. During your lifetime, whatever negative and positive energies you experience, you are sure to experience the same feelings after some time.

Keeping this in mind, it is mandatory that you aim at performing good deeds and to propel positive energy wherever you go. The more negative energy you produce from yourself, the more negative vibes you receive from people in your vicinity. Similarly, the more positive energy you liberate, the more positive energy you receive from those around you.

Karma and Hinduism also follows the law of attraction, which has been around for some time. according to the law of attraction, you tend to believe in something so strongly, that your belief slowly manifests itself into reality. This means that according to karma and Hindusim, no matter whatever you do, you are sure that the universe is with you and is around for you.

You can harness the power of the law of attraction only if you stop focusing on what you don’t have and what you need. on the contrary, you have to believe that you will get whatever you lack in the future. According to karma and Hinduism, the money, love, happiness and children that you long for, you are sure to receive in the future. It is your focus for your desires that help you into believing something to becoming true.

So if you focus on thoughts of happiness and positive energy in your life, according to karma you can anticipate this in return. However if you propagate feelings of greed, misery, unhappiness and anger, expect only these feelings in reply to you. as each individual is different, each person approaches karma and Hinduism differently.

It is the purpose in life that helps in identifying the aim of one’s life in karma and Hinduism. You have to identify the aim of your life through your own self discovery; and this is an important part of universal welfare, the extension of the law of attraction. Whatever doctrines and ideas you introduce to the world is all dependent on your thought and practices.

In fact, karma and ancient Hinduism philosophy states that your course of life is determined by your conduct in your previous birth. So the more contributions you make to universal goodness in your past life, them more likely that you will experience and go along the same path in your next life.

Hinduism also places emphasis on positive thinking as it is the optimist who holds an optimistic attitude in life that seeks happiness in a positive end. According to karma and Hinduism, this happiness need not be monetary happiness or power but a feeling of completeness and satisfaction.

Spiritual integrity has an important part in karma and Hinduism as it means mental integrity. You have to have a clear picture of your mission and thus correspond to the actions as required. It is important that your mind be able to withstand any external disturbances so that you remain focused in whatever you want to achieve in life. though your means and ways of reaching your destiny may change during your course of action, your destiny or end will never change.

So it can be said that karma and Hinduism is something abstract that indicates the success of one’s will, perseverance and fortitude in reaching one’s destiny. This destiny is not monetary success or a gain in power; it is a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that you reach through the law of attraction.

Sadness, Grief, Anger, Resentment – How Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Can Help

In life there are many genuine reasons to grieve, to feel sad, to get angry or to feel resentful. The death of a loved one, the loss of a job, being disregarded in your work or personal life, the ongoing challenges of the material world that we live in, not feeling fulfilled, dysfunctional relationships, broken relationships, the loss of a pet… the list is almost endless.

What makes the situation even more difficult is that in today’s society we are often under so much stress that the emotion is not given permission to vent or surface properly, which can lead to other difficult emotions and stronger feelings of sadness, grief, anger etc. and it is a self perpetuating situation.

A Look At Sadness, Grieving & Western Medicine

If you are sad or grieving and you live in a "western civilised country" then you may consider going to a doctor. Friends and family may be supportive, but as the emotion/s persists you and your support group may feel there is no better option. In many cases, depending on how the patient expresses these emotions, the doctor may decide to prescribe anti-depressants to help them.

There may be some cases where as a temporary measure this can appear to help, and unfortunately many other cases where it is the slippery slope to a dependency on prescription drugs.

Of course there are also doctors who may recommend counselling or some form of talk therapy, to give the patient the opportunity to deal with and vent the emotion/s.

Regardless of the route that is chosen, Western medicine does not recognise that certain emotions are linked to specific organs, and can therefore have either a detrimental effect or a balancing effect, depending on the degree and type of emotion experienced.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Recognises Relationships Between Emotions And Organs

However traditional Chinese medicine does recognise the relationship between emotions and organs, and it is an integral aspect of how both traditional Chinese acupuncturists and herbalists practice.

Even if you have no interest in going to a traditional Chinese medical practitioner, I have found that even by observing shifts in general well being, when you understand the inter-relationships between emotions and organs, can give some helpful indications of how to begin re-balancing these imbalances.

For example, doing something creative that you enjoy can give you these type of signals. Walking in nature can also do the same, as can reading something enriching. These are only a handful of examples of potentially balancing activities. Please note that although these are helpful, it would be highly recommended to visit a good practitioner who will help you re-balance thoroughly.

In traditional Chinese Medicine there are 7 emotions which are:

1. Anger

2. Anxiety

3. Fear

4. Fright

5. Grief

6. Joy

7. Pensiveness

Each of these is associated to a different organ or organs. Let’s look very briefly at what these are.

1. Anger which encompasses anger as we know it, as well as resentment, frustration and irritability is linked to the liver.

2. Anxiety is connected to the lungs.

3. Fear or perceived fear is linked to the kidneys.

4. Fright is a sudden experience that will initially affect the heart but over time as the fright converts into a conscious fear, then it will also affect the kidneys.

5. Grief has a direct connection to the lungs and if it passes the stage of normal initial grief and manifests into chronic grief, then it may weaken the lungs.

6. Joy is related to the heart. In traditional Chinese medicine the emotion of joy refers to an agitated overexcited state.

7. Pensiveness in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) refers to over thinking or too much mental stimulation, which relates to the spleen.

These short snippets barely touch on the relationships, which are rather complex and also encompass the five elements (wood, earth, fire, metal and water). However my intention is to introduce the subject at this time, and to examine it in terms of the difficult emotions of sadness and grief, which is illustrated in the following case study.

A Case Study – Grief, Sadness, Stress, Anger And Resentment

A patient of Dr. Jingduan Yang, who is a fourth generation doctor of Chinese medicine, a board certified psychiatrist and a contributor to the Huffington post, is a good case study of grief, sadness, anger, resentment and stress.

This patient, whom he calls "Nancy", a woman of 30, had been suffering with lower abdomen pain for 3 months, which got worse after drinking cold drinks or eating oily food. A doctor she had attended had prescribed her medication which attacked the symptoms but not the cause, after not being able to discover any physical signs of infection, cancer, inflammation or other tangible condition.

However upon attending Dr. Jingduan Yang, it became apparent that her symptoms were indeed her friends and were desperately trying to tell her something important. "Nancy" had been ignoring the grief of losing a long term friend, which was combined with five years of stress of almost constant relocation and professional pressure.

A difficult routine, eating habits that were not conducive to a balanced life and health, married with grief, sadness, anger and resentment were brought back into balance by a combined holistic approach, which incorporated a course of acupuncture, herbal remedies, meditation, qi gong, and improved dietary and eating habits. This lady was helped to re-balance, as well as understanding the messages which her symptoms were giving and taking part in practices which gave her back more responsibility over her own health.

Grief and sadness are recognised in Chinese medicine to weaken the normal energy flow (qi) of the lungs as well as the large intestines.

Anger and resentment (a form of anger) are recognised to create blockages of energy (qi) and blood in the liver and gallbladder channels. In turn this can result in pain, mood swings, indigestion, insomnia and dysmenorrhea.

This is one case study of hundreds of thousands of studies that traditional Chinese practitioners have all around the world. Even if you feel sceptical about trying TCM, remember it has, and continues to help millions of people deal with the root cause of their imbalances and not just the symptoms. It is a great way to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit. It can help you understand and deal with your emotions before they become chronic, and can help you re-discover parts of yourself that became drowned in pools of stress and chronic emotions.

If you have been feeling any or some of these emotions, it can be a great relief to deal with them with the aid of a good practitioner.

Type 2 Diabetes – Jumping Rope to Help Burn Fat and Lower Your Blood Sugar

It’s rare to find an exercise so straightforward it appeals to practically everyone. Walk into a gym, however, and you see such a variety of exercise equipment it’s difficult for a novice to know where to start. So many different choices are confusing. Exercise is so easy to do, yet it’s often made out to be more complicated than it is.

Take walking and jogging for instance. They are two activities available to just about everyone. Walking and jogging are staple exercises that should be a part of all lifestyles. Going for a 1-hour walk or 30-minute run will certainly benefit your health. You’ll…

  • burn fat,
  • tone your muscles,
  • decrease your insulin resistance, and
  • bolster your cardiovascular health.

All of these benefits are ideal for a Type 2 diabetic.

With that said, sometimes it pays to change up your routine. You have everything to gain by flexing your muscles a different way. That’s why we’ve chosen to discuss jumping rope as an exercise to treat or manage your blood sugar, and to ultimately better your health. Jumping rope is clearly something that’s easy to get into. While it might take a little bit of practice for those who haven’t skipped rope since grade school, it’s still a simple exercise nonetheless.

Additionally, jumping rope is challenging as far as training is concerned. Ask most cardio experts what they think of jumping rope, and you’ll find they often believe there is no better exercise to promote weight loss and good health.

It’s frequently said ten minutes of jumping rope at a moderate to high intensity is roughly equivalent to 30 minutes of jogging. That is not a typo. And if 30 minutes of jogging burns about the same number of calories as a 1-hour walk, you can see just how dynamic jumping rope is at helping you to lose weight, as well as help, control your blood sugar levels. Moreover, we haven’t even mentioned the remarkable effect it has on your fitness level. If professional boxers – arguably the world’s fittest athletes – rely on jumping rope to keep themselves in optimal shape, you could certainly benefit from jump rope training as well.

It’s easy to do, it’s fun, and it can be carried out anywhere. Don’t worry if you find yourself having to rest often. In no time, you’ll build up your fitness and be able to jump rope for several minutes consecutively.

If you’re a Type 2 diabetic, there’s nothing better for your health than an exercise that will have you sweat more than an intense session of hot yoga.

Nude Pilates And Nude Exercising Isn’t For Everyone But The Au-Natural Workout Is Gaining Popularity

Nude exercises. Nude Pilates. Nude Yoga. Drop your inhibitions at the door. Exercising in the buff is becoming a trend!

With who?

While researching this article, I’m fascinated, no…shocked, at how many forums there are for nude exercises. Now, I’m no prude. I’m merely curious.

Here are a few descriptions I’ve read on the forums of people describing their au-natural workouts. Uninhibited. Ok…obviously. Freeing. That comes up a lot. Productive. Productive? Let’s explore that one.

When exercising in your birthday suit, there is nothing to hide. When doing Pilates nude exercises, this means even more. Pilates is a detail oriented exercise method with great attention paid to your form. How better to see your form than to do naked Pilates! You can’t possibly cheat. Your belly will be in. Your shoulders will be down. Your bottom is going to be engaged. Yes, your workout will be more productive.

Does this mean your local Pilates studio is going to start offering nude Pilates classes? Probably not. My Pilates studio won’t mainly because no one would come. I live in New England. We cover up most everything around here.

I think most people are practicing their nude workouts in the privacy of their own home or at a nudist camp. Is it safe to exercise naked? I have to believe that most exercising can be done nude, however, watch out for those high impact exercises. Breasts and testicles need a little extra support, thank you.

What about the cleanliness factor of exercising naked? What boil producing germs are going to be getting into places where they shouldn’t be? Even the cleanest Pilates equipment may carry a certain amount of germs. This thought definitely has a kind of yuck factor.

Ok…let’s spin this subject a bit. What is the naked truth about Pilates? What are some myths?

Myth: Pilates is just for women.

Naked Truth: No way! Joseph Pilates was a man. Men need strength training, flexibility and balance too.

Myth: Pilates is like Yoga.

Naked Truth: No way! Yoga is Yoga. Pilates is Pilates. There is some cross-referencing. Breathing, stretching and focus are part of both modalities, but the similarities stop there.

Myth: Pilates is too hard to master.

Naked Truth: No way! You have to start somewhere and beginners benefit from Pilates as much as seasoned professionals. Start with the basics even if you are fit. Remember: You must build a strong foundation before you build a house!

Whether nude exercises are your thing or not, give Pilates a try. With or without your clothes on, Pilates is a great choice.

Four Habits That Make You Remain Elegant Like Audrey Hepburn

Perhaps you will feel so depressed once thinking that you will get old someday. Now that the order of nature can not be resisted, why not accept that with a smile?

Try to develop the following five habits, and then you will remain elegant just like Hepburn.

First, do not give up your life goal.

Do not give up the goal in life even if you have already retired. A man with a purpose will have more contact with people around naturally, thereby reducing the sense of loneliness and making themselves look much more younger than the actual age.

Studies show that old people who take part in social activities and often stay with their friends and family tend to live a longer life. They have better cognitive ability than their peers and their body are much more healthy.

Second, regard exercise as work.

First of all you should redefine the word “exercise.” John Law is the initiator of the Mac Arthur Foundation. Besides, he is also the co-author of the book “to grow old successfully.” In the book he said, “You do not have to go to the gym four days a week since any exercise is beneficial. In fact, a 30-minute walk for several times a week is also effective aerobic exercise. “

Third, it helps lose weight to have more meals a day but less food each time.

It is much better to have a small amount of food 5 to 6 times every day than a large amount 2 to 3 times. Thus you will never eat too much by the way of controlling the shares. If you eat too many times each day, your metabolism will naturally speed up. But if you do not eat or eat too much, it will slow down the metabolism.

Fourth, maintain a balance of your body and mind.

Generally, a middle-aged man will lose 1% to 2% of physical strength with age every year, which will make people become more inactive. And the yoga and tai chi are exercise that are very suitable for the old people, for they can increase flexibility of the body, enhance physical strength and promote balance.
